DYDPS engagements

As a provider of DYDPS, you will receive the tools, training, best practices and engagement materials you need to deliver successful deployment planning services engagements that can lead to additional work.

  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Review business requirements and design an implementation plan to help customers turn relationships into revenue, improve customer loyalty, enriched customer service interactions and boost marketing and sales effectiveness with Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and more.
  • Upgrading Microsoft Dynamics 365. Assess current CRM solution and create an upgrade plan to help customers take advantage of all the latest CRM innovations moving away from their older CRM implementation and help them understand what it will take to upgrade to Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and more, considering different implementation options.
  • Migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Assess business and data requirements, recommend the best migration path which will help the customer begin realizing confidently the benefits of a cloud solution with Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Filed Service. 
  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX. Design an assessment of business processes and an implementation plan, using Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services to design a custom deployment that simplifies customer operations and ensures they can better track business performance. (for Dynamics 365 for Operation planning use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Assessment engagement).
  • Upgrading Microsoft Dynamics AX. Assess current implementation and create an upgrade plan to help customers take advantage of current ERP functionalities, reduce the amount of customized features and code they are using and consider different implementations options (for cloud planning consider adding Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Assessment).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Assessment. Assess business and data requirements, recommend the best migration path which will help the customer begin to realize the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations, and improve operations with the latest ERP capabilities.​

Partners must have a Gold competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Gold or Silver competency in Cloud Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and be enrolled as a DYDPS partner to deliver DYDPS engagements.
