​​​3. Update profile in partner directory
The Planning Services Partner Directory is an online tool customers use to search for qualified Planning Services partners in their area. When a location is approved in MPN for your organization, the city and country will display as a supported location in the customer's search results​. Follow the steps below to update your organization's profile and logo in the Planning Services Partner Directory​​.​

​Updating your profile

  1. Sign in to the Planning Services Partner Directory Management Console using the Microsoft account associated to your MPN organization ID. 
    • ​Select Change next to the displayed location ID (a small pop-up window will appear). From the drop-down menu on the pop-up window, select the location you wish to modify, then select​ OK (this will generate information for your chosen location).
    • If your organization's location is enrolled in a Planning Services offering, the the offering status will be listed as Active and you will see Edit profile and View Listing hyperlinks. 
  2. ​​​Select Edit profile for the offering you wish to modify. From the edit profile screen, you may edit the following:
    • ​Supported locations (each supported location can have a unique contact email address)
    • ​Customer segment (multiple selections allowed)
    • Service level (multiple selections allowed)
    • Supported languages (multiple selections allowed)
    • Logo
  3. When you are finished making edits, select Update Directory Listing at the bottom of the page. The updated details will be published to the Planning Services Partner Directory.​​
Updating your logo​
  1. Sign in to the Planning Services Partner Directory Management Console using the Microsoft account associated to your MPN organization ID. 
  2. Register in SAVB
  3. ​​​Find your active Planning Services offering and select Edit profile.
  4. Register in SAVB
  5. Select Add Supported Location. This will allow you to add your logo and other details to your directory profile.
  6. Register in SAVB
  7. A pop-up window will appear. Add the required information and select Save to continue to the logo upload screen.
  8. Register in SAVB
  9. To add your logo: at Upload your logo, select Choose File. Be sure to also select the appropriate options under Customer Segment, Service Level, and Supported Languages.
  10. Once all fields are complete, select Update Directory Listing so that all information is saved to your profile.
  11. Register in SAVB
Navigate to the Planning Services Partner Directory and search for your company to see your updated logo​.
