Select an engagement to get additional information, view engagement materials and the required deliverables for each engagement.

 

Office 365 FastTrack Planning

​​An ​engagement to help customers understand Office 365 capabilities, determine the customer readiness for migration to the Office 365 services and provide core service features within the customer’s environment.

 

Exchange Deployment Planning

​Help your customers develop a custom Exchange Server deployment or upgrade plan. In addition to core Exchange, engagements may include Exchange Online Protection (EOP) to help your customers plan and pilot a cloud-based anti-spam and anti-malware solution or Exchange Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to plan and pilot data loss prevention controls over emails using Exchange DLP.

 

Skype for Business Deployment Planning

Prescriptive guidance and delivery materials to help you produce a custom deployment or upgrade plan for Skype for Business Server. This may include a customized engagement designed to work with the customer to analyze and determine their networks’ readiness for a Skype for Business deployment.

 


Submit the Planning Services Completion Report Submission Form after each Planning Services engagement, making sure to upload a copy of the customer deliverable when prompted.

Upon successful submission of the online form, you will be sent a confirmation email with a submission file receipt attachment and guidance to complete the next steps:

  1. Redeem Planning Services voucher(s) in VVR

  2. Invoice against Planning Services voucher(s) in SAVB
